yayy we ran 4 rounds round the track today (: i'm quite pleased with myself >< haha joyce and i ran without stopping[ heh but we did walk a bit though] and we only took 11.56 sec. although if you multiply it such that it is proportional to that of 6 rounds, then we'll probably fail. but i'll worry about that later. ): hmmm i really think i should exercise more. i'm aching. from just 4 rounds. and the aftereffects of 5 items. gosh. maybe i should jog 12 rounds around the carpark in front of my block. heh.

boo. pft sucked. hmm okay maybe not. in fact i made some major improvements! like shuttle run! last year i got d but this year i got b! yayy! and sit and reach too! last year i had b, this year i have a! and my sit-ups are quite consistent. a! yayy very happy.
but then... ipu stinks. i only did 3! omg. that was like just pass. ): hmph. and i wasn't allowed to continue to retest. funny how come people who get like c or something can keep on trying, while i, who got e, can't. it's just strange.
but anyway. sigh. i know i'm going to wake up with really bad body aches tomorrow morning. i'm already aching now! ugh. i hate pft.
hmm. maybe i'm uber-unhealthy. i shall exercise more. sigh. the only kind of exercise i like is situps. ): and how can i practise things like ipu?! nuts.
and 2.4 is coming. argh! *freaks out*
this stinks.
ohh but i really want to thank all those people who were cheering me on at the various stations. (: yayy. so sweet. it really made me feel much better. encouraging the heart haha. thankyou! (:
and thank you vio and joyce and zeggy for accompanying me to the ipu station for retest. and waiting for me while i queued for the stupid retest slip. haha. (:

haha happy bdae to me! (: whee. thank you everyone for your well-wishes and cards and stuff (: and thank you margaret, denise, sharon, vionna, elaine, valencia, and 313 in generally for the prezzies (: haha. ooh and i got a class bdae card too (: so sweet haha. lol the cat that nise drew on the card is seriously very cuteee! and then margaret chose the prezzie this time (: haha i'm so honoured! ><>< hee. elaine: the notebook is cool! haha. wild cats! (: *beams* and longlong: biscuits! i like! haha (: oooh and i received a really sweet bouquet of roses from auntie shanti! haha.
ooh and the good news is: the pft age group will be taken as of 19 april! so i'll still be considered 14. hmm. i dunno if that's good or bad though...cos for some categories, it's better if you're older. standard is lower haha. omg and you need 3-6 pull-ups to pass. my gosh. ): nvm. i'll worry about that tmr. when i stand in front of the pull up bars, then i'll start worrying. ): bleah. ooh and i can't jump for nuts either. oh nuts. ): i'm so not looking forward to tomorrow. >< ughs.
some people just have to spoil my bdae, but well. it never really occurred to me that you all would do such things. sheesh. i dunno if it really is that way, and i certainly hope not, but it seems to me that you all are doing this on purpose, and i don't know why you're doing this. i haven't done anything wrong, and in fact i've been putting in a lot of effort. i mean, sure, it doesn't affect you. yeah i know. anyway, fine. with this i've grown wiser.

hee yayy! (: i celebrated my bdae today (: hee and i had a very nice rainbow cake (: very sweet! and a rainbow dress to go with it (:

ohh we had pizza for dinner! whee. i ate so much. like 5 slices?! omg. after that i felt like exploding. boo. but nvm. pizza rocks! ooh and i remember the time when my mom called my couzzie and thought it was pizza hut! haha so funny.
and before dinner we were snacking on tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole. (: *beams* and there were cheese cubes and mochi too! the cute little blobs of ice cream. (:

ooh and my mom bought a lot of easter chocs! hee. she buys them every year. it's like a habit. yayy i like easter chocs. very nice. yeppyepp we gave chocs to everyone . yayy! still have somemore in the fridge *drools*

hee. today i went for the chemistry honours symposium at nus. (: *beams* it so totally rocked! the plenary talks were so cool and interesting! haha yepp and guess what? all the speakers were german professors (: whee. and they all spoke with that typical german accent! (: *bounce* haha. i think chem is so cool. like really. especially molecular chemistry. (: whee.
ooh and i quite liked that talk about construction chem. about cement and concrete. under the microscope, the molecules of tri-calcium aluminate[or whatever it was called] looked so cute! like marshmallows. (: haha. and the crystals in cement are actually very pretty (: whee.
haha and then so many people were sleeping! practically the whole row. >< lolz.
the last talk on proteins was kinda boring though. i mean like all the talks were way above our standard [yes they were super cheem, half the time i was looking at pics, but i did understand some of what they were saying okay], but at least they were interesting. >< not the protein one though. gahh.
the food was quite nice too. ><><><
oooh and yesterday i was doing titration in the lab after school! lol i was sweating like mad. so ci4 ji1. haha. even the lab goggles misted over haha. but anyway it was pretty successful[i think] whee i'm so proud of myself. (: haha hope it stays this way for chem SPA though. i hate practicals. it's so freaky.
ohh but my elbow sorta hurts now. cos yesterday someone was running down the corridor and her bag grazed my elbow. stupid lah. and then, to make things worse, during titration, i cleverly [or rather stupidly] stuck my elbow into a little puddle of sodium carbonate on the bench.[thank goodness it's alkaline. imagine if it was the hydrochloric acid] omg it hurt like hell. but anyway i washed it off. yeah. but still hurts. ): thank goodness it's healing. i shall remind myself to clean up any spilled chemicals in future. hmm no. i think it's better if i remind myself not to spill anything. (: saves a lot of trouble then. ><

whee. i haven't blogged for so long! hee but nvm. (:
haha yayy today we went to wiener kaffeehaus for lunch! hee! i like! (: very nice. the ambience and the food and everything (: haha of course the food isn't as nice as the original viennese food in vienna but it still rocks! haha. i ate the schnitzel and the sachertorte! and viennese coffee! (: whee. and when you enter the restaurant there's this really really aromatic scent of coffee! haha. ooh and the owner of the restaurant speaks german (: whee. he said i speak well! yayy (x me is very happy! ><
i can't remember what else i wanted to blog about. oops hee. i thought i was going to have a lot of things to blog about. but turns out it's only 3 paragraphs?! hmm.
ohh yeah last thurs i went for cadenza x with yanyan and longlong! (: haha okay i distorted their names beyond recognition. whoops. >< haha. they're quite pro! hee. ooh and longlong said she couldn't stand in her seat for so long! haha. [actually i think she meant that she couldn't stand being in her seat for so long ] lolz. but then some people were so rowdy. ): like shouting in the middle of the concert?! what kind of behaviour is that, seriously. haha. but overall it was quite good (:
